Day 1 :
International Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m)
After your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be addressed and welcomed by representatives from Asian Adventure Trips. You will then be transferred to the hotel booked for your comfortable accommodation.
Day 2 :
Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation
We start the day with sightseeing of popular destinations around Kathmandu valley. After the half day sightseeing, pre discussion of the trek is done in the presence of trek leader, crew and other participants of the trek. Asian Adventure Trips will delightfully brief more about the trek and your queries will be answered.
Day 3 :
Drive to Syabrubesi (1,550m/5,100ft)
We start our trek today from Kathmandu early in the morning. We take an early morning drive from Kathmandu towards Syabrubeshi. We cross Trishuli bazar and then Dhunche to finally reach Syabrubeshi. The 7 hrs of drive takes us to Syabrubeshi, our overnight stay destination.
Day 4 :
Trek to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft)
Early morning trek starts from Syabrubeshi. We walk ahead along with LangtangKhola River and pass along the gradual trekking trail. Around 6 hrs of walk takes us to Lama Hotel to conclude trekking for today.
Day 5 :
Trekking to Langtang village (3,430m/11,253ft)
We start the trekking from lama Hotel after breakfast. We walk for around 6-7 hrs through rather easy trekking trail enjoying the flora and fauna of the surrounding. We reach to Langtang village for overnight stay.
Day 6 :
Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m/12,697ft)
We start the early morning trek from Langtang village towards Kyanjin Gompa. The trekking trail today is decorated by mani stones and Buddhist prayer flags. We reach to kyanjin Gompa in around 3 hrs of walk. Kanjin Gompa offers spectacular views of glaciers and the Himalayan glories around. Enjoying the views around we stay in Kyanjin Gompa admiring the natural wonders.
Day 7 :
Visit to Tserko-Ri and trek back to Lama Hotel
Today we wake up early in the morning to catch the most wonderful sunrise views from Tserko-Ri. We take our breakfast and head back to lama Hotel crossing Kyanjin Gompa. The 5 hrs walk through Tibetan settlements brings us back to Lama Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 8 :
Trek back to Syabrubesi
We retrace our steps back to Syabrubeshi from Lama Hotel. Around 5 hrs of descend through beautiful trekking trail brings us back to Syabrubeshi. Overnight stay in syabrubeshi.
Day 9 :
Drive back to Kathmandu
After successfully concluding the short Langtang trekking we head back to Kathmandu. The wonderful trekking is reviewed and our experiences are shared with Asian Adventure Trips. The evening in Kathmandu can be used to plan your next adventure in Nepal. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 10 :
Farewell Dinner
Before your planned return from Kathmandu, Asian Adventure Trips Organizes farewell dinner for the whole trekking team including guides and porters. We share our experiences with each other and also have an opportunity to plan our next trip to Nepal with Asian Adventure Trips.
