    1. Day 01 International Arrival in Kathmandu

      After your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be addressed and welcomed by representatives from Asian Adventure Trips. You will then be transferred to the hotel booked for your comfortable accommodation.

    2. Day 02 Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Climb Preparation

      We start the day with sightseeing of popular destinations around Kathmandu valley. After the half day sightseeing, pre-discussion of the climbing trek is conducted in the presence of trek leader, crew and other participants of the trek. Asian Adventure Trips will delightfully brief more about the climbing trek and your queries will be answered.

    3. Day 03 Fly to Lukla and explore around Lukla

      We take an early morning flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. Our day is spent exploring the beautiful Lukla and preparing for the climb that we are about to begin. We can also get some good rest and acclimatize during our overnight stay.

    4. Day 04 Trek to Chutanga

      We walk to Chutanga from Lukla beginning our trek. Through a unique trail we cross forests of fir, pines and rhododendron. Exploring around natural vegetations, flora and fauna of the surroundings, we reach Chutanga in around 4-5 hours walk. Overnight accommodation is arranged at  Chutanga.

    5. Day 05 Trek to Thuli Kharka via Zwatra la

      Trek continues from Chutanga today. We ascend through steep climb towards Hinku valley. We pass through Zatrwaog followed by Zatrwa La. Views of Dudhkoshi and LumdingHimal accompanies us throughout the 5-6 hrs of trek. We stay in Zwatra La for overnight accommodation.

    6. Day 06 Trek to Kothe

      Trek today takes us towards Kothe through a descending trail. We cross the trail passing through Henku River descending the path. Ascend ahead climbs towards Kothe for around 5-6 hrs. Attractive rhododendron bushes are worth praising throughout the trail. Overnight stay is arranged in Kothe.

    7. Day 07 Kothe to Thaknak

      Trekking trail is interesting today while we pass through Gondishung. Moving on, we trek along LungsumgbaGompa, a 200 year old gompa. We finally reach to Mera Peak climb spot denoted by Scripting in a rock. We finally reach to Thaknakin around 3-4 hrs for our overnight stay.

    8. Day 08 Thaknak to Khare

      We start the day in Thaknak and head towards Khare after breakfast. Enjoying magnificent views of Charpate Himal, we walk for around 2-3 hours before reaching Khare. Khare area is worth exploring around with beautiful landscapes. Overnight stay is arranged in Khare.

    9. Day 09 Rest day in Khare/Acclimatization

      We acclimatize today in Khare. Further exploration of village and preparation of climb is done in the rest day. We will also use the free time to get trained from climbing abd mountaineering experts. We take quick tips and tricks for enjoyable and memorable climbing experiences. After brushing up our skills we rest in Khare for overnight.

    10. Day 10 Khare to Mera Base Camp

      We start our steep climb from Khare early in the morning. We head along the steep trail for around 3-4 hrs to reach Mera Base camp. We rest in the Base camp for some time and prepare for the climb tomorrow. Climbing discussions and preparations are done for rest of the day. We stay in Mera Base Camp in camping tents for overnight stay.

    11. Day 11 Mera Base Camp to High camp

      We head along bumpy paths for around 4-5 hrs to reach Mera High camp. On our way, we pass through exciting landscapes which should be passed with proper precautions. On reaching the High Camp, we get to enjoy majestic panoramas of Mt. Lhotse, Nuptse, Chamlang among others. Overnight stay is in Mera High camp.

    12. Day 12 Mera High Camp to Summit

      The main objective of the whole climbing trek is completed today as we climb to Mera peak Summit. Climbing starts early in the morning after breakfast. We take ascend to steep trails towards summit. Viewing amazing sunrise, we finally reach the mighty Mera peak summit. Spectacular views of all mountains in this region can be enjoyed from here. We return back to Khare for overnight stay after successfully completing the Mera Peak Climbing.

    13. Day 13 Reserve Day for Contingency

      This day is actually a contingency day as we cannot be completely assured that our Summit climb will be successful on targeted day. If delay occurs in Climbing due to bad weather conditions, we complete the summit climb day today. In case of completion, we can return back to our descending trail.

    14. Day 14 Khare to Kothe

      Descend continues as we trek to Kothe from Khare. After reaching Kothe after 4-5 hrs of trek, we celebrate our success with a small party. Overnight stay is arranged in Kothe.

    15. Day 15 Kothe to ThuliKharka

      On our return back, we pass through forests and hinku valley. Destination today is ThuliKharka, 5-6 hrs walk from Kothe. Thulikharka offers us great pleasing views of Mera peak that we concurred recently. Overnight stay in ThuliKharka.

    16. Day 16 Thuli Kharka to Lukla

      We trek for our final day passing through Zatrwa la Pass. Enjoying suburb views of Lukla valley and its surroundings, we reach Lukla in around 6-7 hours. Overnight stay is arranged in Lukla.

    17. Day 17 Lukla to Kathmandu

      Our Adventurous Mera peak climb concludes as we take our flight to Kathmandu from Lukla. Rest of the day in Kathmandu can be used to roam around and Souvenir shopping from tourist centers of Thamel.

    18. Day 18 Farewell Dinner

      Before your planned return from Kathmandu, Asian Adventure Trips Organizes farewell dinner for the whole trekking team including guides and porters. We share our experiences with each other and also have an opportunity to plan our next trip to Nepal with Asian Adventure Trips.

    En-route Accommodation
    Accommodation during the trekking is arranged in en-route tea houses and local lodges. The accommodation options available during the trek are fairly clean with all the facilities available expected for the lodges of the grade. Before and after the trek, accommodation is arranged in cities at three star hotels on twin sharing on BB plan.
