    The Manaslu circuit trekking is centered on Mt. Manaslu, the highest peak of Lamjung. Also, the eighth tallest peak of the world, Mt. Manaslu and its surrounding region is popular trekking destination. The biodiversity and natural vegetation of the surroundings are also major attractions of this trekking adventure. The Larkya-la pass, the highest point of the trekking is also popular for its distinct geography and spectacular views. Mostly the trekking paths are below mountain trails with soaring heights and steep climbs in some sections. The Budhi Gandaki River, a massive Himalayan originated river of Nepal gives us company in most of the sections of the trek. With diverse surrounding, Manaslu Trekking is a trekking experience in Nepal recommended for out of the box trekking experiences with Asian Adventure Trips.

    1. Day 01 International Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m)

      After your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be addressed and welcomed by representatives from Asian Adventure Trips. You will then be transferred to the hotel booked for your comfortable accommodation.

    2. Day 02 Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation

      We start the day with sightseeing of popular destinations around Kathmandu valley. After the half day sightseeing, pre discussion of the trek is done in the presence of trek leader, crew and other participants of the trek. Asian Adventure Trips will delightfully brief more about the trek and your queries will be answered.

    3. Day 03 Drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola (710m)

      We start our Manaslu trekking today by taking an early morning drive to Soktikhola from Kathmandu. We pass through Dhading Bensi and Arughat and reach Soktikhola after around 9 hrs of drive. Overnight stay is arranged in Soktikhola.

    4. Day 04 Trek to Maccha Khola (900m)

      We start the trek from Soktikhola early in the beautiful morning. Our trekking trail crosses through wonderful forests and above the Budhi Gandaki River. We head forward through Khursane and reach to Labubeshi. Labubeshi is a popular gurung village of this region. We ascend ahead towards Machha Khola village. The total 7 hrs of walk takes us to Mchha Khola village for overnight stay.

    5. Day 05 Trek to Jagat (1,410m)

      Trekking starts from Macchakhola today. We pass through gradual ups and downs to cross Tharokhola and then reach to Khorlabeshi. Heading forward we pass Dovan and take a climb to finally reach Jagat. Overnight stay is arranged in Jagat.

    6. Day 06 Trek to Deng (1,804m)

      Early morning trek starts from Jagat. We head towards our destination Deng with ascend to Salleri. We pass Sirdibas, Ghattakhola and Philim on our trekking trail. We then head towards Ekle Bhatti and finally to deng village. The trekking trail is around 7 hrs long today. Overnight stay is arranged in Deng.

    7. Day 07 Trek to Namrung (2,630m)

      We continue our journey from Deng early in the morning. We crosss several villages all lined near to the massive Budhi Gandaki River and move ahead in our trekking trail. Around 6-7 hrs of beautiful journey with gradual bumbs takes us to the village of Namrung. Overnight stay is arranged in Namrung.

    8. Day 08 Trek to Samagaon (3,530m)

      Early Wakeup in Namrung village offers spectacular views of Siring Himal along with Ganesh Himal. We can also find panoramas of Mt. Himal Chuli from the Namrung village. After enjoying the views we head forward on our trekking passing through Lhi village. With more views of Ganesh Himal and Simnang Himal we walk ahead to Sho, lho and Shyala villages. We visit Ribung Gompa and admire the beauty there. We finally conclude 7 hrs of journey in Samagaon with overnight stay.

    9. Day 09 Trek to Pungyen Gompa back to Samagaon

      Today is rest as well as exploration day in Samagaon. We explore the samagaon areas and its beautiful surroundings. The primary destination for today also includes Pungyen Gompa. We head to Pungyen Gompa, a famous Gompa in this region and return back to Samagaon. The day is spent with Sherpa culture and exploration of beautiful Himalayan region. Overnight in Samagaon.

    10. Day 10 Trek to Samdo (3,860m)

      After the rest and exploration day in samagaon, we continue our trekking.We take a descending trail towards Budhi Gandaki River and pass through forests and natural vegetation of this region. Admiring the beautiful surrounding we walk for around 5 hrs to finally reach Samdo. Overnight stay in Samdo.

    11. Day 11 Rest Day in Samdo

      Today is rest day in Samdo village. The day is intended for rest and acclimatization needed during the trekking. We can either choose to relax or to explore the surroundings. Rest days should be utilized with short hikes around the village than staying idle. We can coose to hike through beautiful trail with majestic views of Mt. Manaslu, Simrang, hiunchuli, Ngadi among others. With beautiful sights and settlements we return back to Samdo for overnight stay.

    12. Day 12 Trek to Dharamsala/Larkya B. C. (4,460m)

      We trek to Dharmasala today. The walk is 4-5 hrs long along with beautiful sceneries in company with us. We get an excellent view of Larkya glacier and pass the valley of SallaKhola to reach the stone guest house. The stone guest house is actually a “Dharmashala”. The place is also known as Larke Phedi. Concluding our 5 hrs of walk we rest in Dharmashala for overnight stay.

    13. Day 13 Trek to Larkya la (5,160m) Bimthang (3,720m)

      Today we head towards Larkya la pass. The trekking trail is easy in the beginning sections and gets steeper as we finish the climb. Enjoying the beauties of Cho Danda and Larkya peak we complete the travel to Larkya la pass. We then descend to Bimthang after enjoying Himalayan panoramas. Our 8-9 hrs of journey is concluded in Bimthang.

    14. Day 14 Trek to Tilije (2,300m)

      We continue the trekking from Bimthang with early morning views of Mt. Manaslu, lamjungHimal and CheoHimal. Trekking trail is descending from here and takes us to Sangure Kharka. We then cross the Dudh Khola and head forward through natural vegetation and forests. We then reach the Karche valley and then the village of Gho. We then walk further to Tilije and stay there for overnight concluding the 5-6 hrs of walk.

    15. Day 15 Trek to Tal (1,700m)

      We start the trek from Tilije today continuing towards Thonje village. After that we follow the trekking trail till we reach Dharapani. We then move towards karte village and reach to village of Tal. The trekking today is around 6 hrs long between exquisite surroundings. Overnight stay is arranged in the marvelous village of Tal.

    16. Day 16 Trek to Syange (1,080m)

      Completing our trekking today, we trek to Syange from Tal village early in the morning. Trekking trail is surrounded with fields and villages along with forests with varied flora and fauna. Around 7 hrs of trekking takes us to Stange village for overnight stay.

    17. Day 17 Drive to Kathmandu

      We take a drive from Syange to Kathmandu early in the morning. The drive is around 9 hrs long through Beshi Sahar. The evening in Kathmandu can be used to explore the capital city and souvenir shopping. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

    18. Day 18 Farewell Dinner

      Before your planned return from Kathmandu, Asian Adventure Trips Organizes farewell dinner for the whole trekking team including guides and porters. We share our experiences with each other and also have an opportunity to plan our next trip to Nepal with Asian Adventure Trips.

    En-route Accommodation
    Accommodation during the trekking is arranged in en-route tea houses and local lodges. The accommodation options available during the trek are fairly clean with all the facilities available expected for the lodges of the grade. Before and after the trek, accommodation is arranged in cities at three star hotels on twin sharing on BB plan.
